Monitoring -
Routing issues at one of IP transit providers resulted in a small number of connection failures for some users on our US Backdrop sites.
The problem identified has been mitigated by routing all traffic via alternative paths.
We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating performance related issues on Backdrop US and US2 for the Classroom functionality with Single device view.
We are seeing a very small number of timeouts for Single Device View on the US sites.
